DAY 2: WHAT IS YOUR PASSION?

DAY2 of the 15 –DAY DEVOTIONAL! :) Also, this is the 2^nd day of my 30day blog challenge (God, part of my prayer is to be able to finish this challenge too!HAHA). Pero syempre, it’s not just about finishing the devotional or accomplishing the challenge. The sole purpose of this 30-day devotional is IGNITE US MORE as we reach out and SATURATE OUR CAMPUSES! Wohooooo! C’mon J. This is a great motivation for students for this coming school year!

The topic is kinda INTERESTING J -> it’s about PASSION J.

It’s always encouraging to hear the word PASSION especially if this kind of word has been described to a person! “That guy, wow! Like he’s so PASSIONATE on what he is doing! (for example)” One character from the Bible that I admire the most because of his passion was Paul! We all know how zealous and radical he was in sharing the gospel as shown in the Bible J. Our current leaders in Victory Christian Fellowship are also examples of people that encourage me a lot! Men and Women of different background but are so passionate for Jesus!

1 Corinthians 11:1 Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. -> PAUL

Psalm 40:8 I desire to do your will,my God; your law is within my heart.” -> DAVID

But what’s more encouraging than that is knowing how PASSIONATE Jesus was to the lost people! We all know His story! Jesus lived to seek and save what was lost! His life became a sacrifice for our sins to be cleansed! Sigh! Really makes me want to imitate His passion more J

FROM THE DEVOTIONAL:

Young people are known to be passionate being at a stage where emotions and hormones are raging and with almost limitless energy to spend. However, most of the time, this wealth of energy is not channeled into something that can make a difference, or worse, it is spent on things that destroy. This energy must be paired with PURPOSE!

Oh God! I want to be passionate for YOU ALONE! Use me God to make an impact to this generation! I want to make a DIFFERENCE! But I cannot do it alone! I NEED YOU LORD! I don’t want this passion of mine to be used for something that isn’t pleasing to you! J My prayer is to know more of You GOD and INCREASE this PASSION that I have for you! J

Really admire these guys for making Jesus famous! :) So blessed to be a part of this Family! Go LifeBox Lucban! :))
