Hahahahaha.. :D Last week, during the 3rd day of EN2010, I experienced a very challenging way of eating lunch. Normally, when the clock strikes at 12, i would wait for just 30 minutes before I could eat but this time, things were complicated. It was actually my first time to eat lunch at Mall of Asia and aside from the normal number of people eating at the mall, more than 18,000 delegates from all over the world were added to the number of hungry persons vying to eat at 12 noon.. lol I can still imagine how crowded the restaurants were including Jollibee and Mc Donalds.
With Faith and Tong on my side, we walked and walked almost everywhere trying to eat on time but fate itself is very selfish (hahahaha).. It took us more than an hour before we could eat our lunch but thankfully, along the way, I was able to see some friends from pioneer and was able to say Hi! :D Finally, we were able to find a seat at the food court after the long walk... :D
The long walk became a bonding moment. Thank you Faith and Tong for letting me have lunch with you! :D Let's do it again some time! :D
PS:
Walking (also known as ambulation) is one of the main gaits of locomotion among legged animals, and is typically slower than running and other gaits. Sustained walking sessions for a minimum period of thirty to sixty minutes a day, five days a week, with the correct walking posture, reduces health risks and has various overall health benefits, such as reducing the chances of cancer, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, anxiety and depression. Life expectancy is also increased even for individuals suffering fromobesity or high blood pressure. Walking also increases bone health, especially strengthening the hip bone, and lowering the more harmful bad low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and raises the more useful good high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.
-what we did after all is healthy!!!!!! :D
