God is super awesome! He is indescribable! He is unexplainable! He is really in control of everything! Lately, we (me and some of VCF Lucban Youth) just had an amazing experience testifying GOD’S SUPER COOLNESS! :)) Lahat kami, sobrang nabless with that experience! We received an invitation from Mr. Rey Lizardo of Victory Alabang for a 2 day worship conference entitled FACEDOWN that will be held on March 31- April 1 at Victory Alabang. All members of the Music Team were invited!
We were excited! As in SUPER! This is a great opportunity that God has given us to know Him more and know more about worship. But we had one BIG PROBLEM!
FINANCES!!!! Mostly kasi ng Music Team ng Lucban were students and currently it was the examinations week. So there are lots of things that need to be prioritized plus the fact that next week, students will be going home to their hometown kasi wala nang class. BUT WE WERE IN FAITH. We encouraged everyone to prepare for the event. WE PRAYED and TRUSTED GOD that HE will PROVIDE for EVERYTHING that we’ll need for the event. We even invited the Technical Team to join!

A WEEK PASSED! Still, we had nothing! :( We texted everyone if they could come or not, everyone’s response was BY FAITH. 15 STUDENTS confirmed, but wasn’t sure if they’re parents will allow them and they’ll have money for the event. So we decided to seek support sa Families (VCF Lucban) and Alumni’s (Lifebox). Thank God, we were able to get Php3,000.00 from some of the Parents that we talked to. Yaaay! :)) We texted everybody regarding our plan for the conference. 4:00am at Grand Central Terminal, we will go to Alabang! :))
We sent an email to VCF Alabang that 15 students were coming (with a size 72 caption “BY FAITH”.. haha) but at the end of the day, 10 us confirmed! :)) (Kiti,Melvin,Joan,Francis,Ghie,Riz,Rannel,Rachel,Martin;melvin’s brother and me)
WE WERE ALL STUDENTS AND HAD NO FULLTIME WITH US GOING TO ALABANG. FAITH LANG TALAGA ANG DALA NAMIN! AND SYEMPRE FAVOR NI GOD! WE BELIEVE KASI NA GOD HAS A HUGE THING IN STORE FOR US IN THIS WORSHIP CONFERENCE. . .

10 of us went to the Facedown worship conference! God is indeed awesome! Melvin’s Aunt confirmed that we can stay at their place at Canlubang, Laguna. Even though it’s an hour away from Alabang, it’s still a favor from the Lord! :)) Hindi lang ‘yon, we were blessed with Php 5,200.00 from the generous parents and alumni!
Our Lunch and our dinner was provided that is included sa 5,200 that we had! Di lang ‘yon, lalo pa kaming na bless when we heard that some of our Friends from VCF Lucena had no place to stay for the night (Kuya Jim, Gilbz and Ezer). When we decided to let them stay with us, na bless kami ng ride to Canlubang with Kuya Jim’s car. :)) galing :))

DAY2 of the Worship Conference! Breakfast was served and free ride to Alabang! Thanks Kuya Jim!
Most unforgettable day EVER!! God tested our FAITH as the conference ended today! Before the event ended, there was a whisper that told me to attend at the youth service ng VCF Alabang. So after the conference, we confirmed if meron, sad to say, wala! Saturday pala ang Youth Service ng Alabang!
Then I felt a strange feeling leading me to attend at VCF Pioneer. The time was 5:00pm and 7:00pm ang start ng service nila. So, we had a short meeting telling them the plan. After a while, they decided that we’ll go! BY FAITH AGAIN! Then we prayed! We were all packed up and ready to go! :))
Upon leaving the place, God reminded me of the envelope on which our tickets and our money was. During the whole conference, di ko yun iniwan sa side ko. I was holding it till the very last moment but before we leave the place, I didn’t know where it was. I swear that it was with me, then all of a sudden, I dunno why I misplaced it. We weren’t that alarmed, because we’re in Faith that God has a reason why all this was happening. We just searched the entire place, we even reported it to the volunteers and the ushers. But there was no sign of it. :(( To tell you honestly, that money consist of our fare to Pioneer and our fare going home. But the envelope was nowhere to find. We just prayed and ask in Faith to God that He will turn everything upside down! That He is able to provide for us! Indeed, God is so GREAT.
MR. REY and MS. ALMA LIZARDO approached us and asked us what happened. I happened to be the one who lost the envelope so I was the one who told them everything! Sobrang naiiyak na ko that time not out of fear but because of thankfulness kasi God is so awesome talaga! And just after I shared to them everything, Mr. Rey handed to me Php 2,500; which was the same amount that was at the envelope. I wanted to cry more na talaga that time! Indeed YOU ARE FAITHFUL, JESUS! We were so blessed by God!
The time was 6:10pm and we had a meeting again. I told them that we got the 2,500 and were still asking them if we’ll attend at pioneer. I guess they’re faith was stretched too that they said YES. So we went! :))
It was 8:00pm when we arrived at Robinson’s Pioneer and it was just in time for the preaching. Lyan (our Campus Minister who’s currently at SCM) and Ycay (future SCM. haha) was also there and met up with VCF Lucban youth right after the Level-Up service. Plus we also saw Kuya Jano! They also had a chance to meet with the Level-Up guys (Kuya Christian Cornejo and others) and see the actual set-up of the kwento’s that I was tellin’ them. :)) I also had a chance to see and talk to the Level-Up friends that I met last year during my Affiliation days :))
This was indeed a great experience for me! But I think, God let these things happen not just for me! Alam na kasi ni God na ‘pag ako nagdecide, pag ako nag-move, BY FAITH na talaga! Kasi I’ve been in that situation na where in BY FAITH talaga, tapos God provided!
I believe God made a way for VCF Lucban youth’s faith to be stretched out (the worship conference delegates). This experience was not an accident! God had a great plan for us in this event! And Sobrang Happy ako kasi di lang ‘yung Faith at Trust ko yung na-stretch but the persons with me as well. :))
mejo mahaba yung note! haha but I hope you guys got encouraged with what I shared! BY FAITH, we can really do all things! This thing wasn't just a my experience but the people with me as well. And wherever you are, whatever situations you're experiencing right now, believe in God that He will move over that, just like what He did to our situation! If you were in my situation nung mawala ung envelope, it wasn't easy! haha.. I wanted to cry na talaga! But God is so awesome eh! He is indescribable, He is so unexplainable, that's why I want to worship Him more! That's why I LOVE HIM MORE! :)
P.S: the remaining 2,500 was spent for our Fare to Pioneer, our DINNER and our fare back home! And we had a safe and fast trip btw :))
